(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, if both the plaintiff and the defendant file an application before the Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal for the purpose of reaching a settlement in any case that has yet to be processed and disposed of in accordance with this Act, the application shall be read out to both the plaintiff and the defendant. And if both parties approve the result, the tribunal or the appellate tribunal may settle the settlement regardless of the status of the case. - Both the plaintiff and the defendant will have to submit half to the tribunal. In this way, the fee due for settlement to be submitted by the complainant will be deducted from the debt recovery fee paid in advance by him in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 15. (3) In order to implement the settlement as per sub-section (1), the tribunal that has made the settlement shall issue an order to the debt recovery officer.
